Response time was awesome, shipping was very fast as well. We accidentally got a mislabeled boxed. We notified them and they sent out a new one and it arrived very quickly with a great hand written note :) Love Small Businesses! The Cookies taste great! No complaints. Every single flavor was amazing. Now they are not a big cookie, but also not a small cookie. A good size. They are about 3 inches in diameter, 4 with packaging. Great Price, they look great, and we are already selling a bunch!
