After watching friends break up long biscotti into pieces, forming an easier shape to enjoy, the idea for the BITES was born! Seven simple ingredients have never tasted this good. Our twice baked cookies are crispy on the outside with a smooth melt in your mouth texture inside. Hand made in our own facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut The Bites Company is committed to all things bite size, using organic, wholesome ingredients to create extraordinary biscotti cookies.
