Products received are nice and a great value. However, I received a partial order with a note that the remaining items would be shipping about a week later. Messaged a few weeks later wondering when the other items would ship and received no response. FAIRE cancelled the order. Will try one more time but will order early as it seems they have a habit of lengthy fulfillment times.

Was given one date, and then not sent out. Tried to reach out and did not receive a response. It wasn’t until I initiated a cancellation that they created a shipping label and still waited to ship. I ordered from them because of proximity to me and shipping time stated in shop. I never received a response from them. Tried to complain to Faire that my order should be cancelled given what happened but they side on the side of the seller. Also, quality wasn’t the best. I tossed and took the loss.
