I wish I could type out how hard of a time I had getting my order but I’m too tired to try. I love Hammonds. But I won’t be ordering again. Wrong order sent much later than promised. Couldn’t get a replacement as I was told that by then it was out of stock. Customer service wasn’t helpful or pleasant. Super disappointed, but choosing another company for chocolate and treats.

The last few orders I received had items cancelled at last minute due to back order, tho they were available when I ordered. Processing time is very long. Product quality is great.

The lollipops are super cute, packaging was great, and although the lollipop stand was out of stock until August, they somehow managed to get one to me. Overall happy with my Hammond's experience.
