Flavor is too subtle, not comparable to kombucha. According to its label, it's supposed to be refrigerated. But one of our cases wasn't shipped. We thought it was just delayed, but De La Calle didn't realize it on their own, so we messaged them. When the case finally arrived, it had the same tracking number, which means they labeled it but didn't ship it and it wasn't refrigerated for several weeks. And they sent it anyway. Also -- prices are way too high and not worth reordering.

My Napa sommelier friend was in town at my Non Alcoholic Bar called Ocean Beach Cafe and saw that I had three flavors of these (i only carry badass beverages!) and was like, "oh my god these are the best!" I was like, I KNOW, thats why they're in here. GET SOME. One of my favorites of all time.
