I have two open orders that have not shipped. One was placed on December 3 and has not arrived. I have made two attempts to message Totally Bamboo and get information and I have not received responses to either inquiry. Orders previous to December were great. The product is excellent and the items sell very well. What is most disappointing is the lack of communication about the status of the order. I have customers waiting on product and I can not give them an idea of when they will arrive.
