This last order had sets of their olive wood coaster sets on a dowl, and arrived damaged. There were cracks in the coasters, the dowl came unglued, and wer not packed well. Very disappointing considering what I paid for these items.

First of all, please do look at all of our feedbacks. We always get 5* as we take customer service extremely seriously. This customer had 1 item break. Unfortunately as were out of stock (it does happen occasionally as with any wholesaler) of that product we could not replace it, so we had to cancel the replacement order. Unfortunately this customer could not accept this even though we communicated immediately that we couldn't replace it. To get 2* for fulfillment for 1 damaged item is totally unjustified as is the 2* for communication. Very disappointing to receive this but as both wholesalers and retailers, it is impossible to please some customers. —Naturally Med Inc. • Sep 15, 2026
