My biggest issue with this company was lack of communication. I messaged them to enquire about the crystal pouches and was never answered. So I went out on a limb and ordered them and was shocked at how small they are. Otherwise, quality is good on the products. I just feel the entire process was very impersonal. I value good communication with vendors just to know they care like I do about customers. The reason I didn't return is bc Faire does penalize for returns, plus its inconvenient .
