Should be 9 different rolls on with boxes. They sent without boxes and labels. Sent them email on Jan 30th and follow up with them 2 more times and they still not respond. Not happy. Want to return these items. Can sell them without description of each differentiations of the oils.

I ordered several items from Nature's Retreat. One bracelet I ordered is completely different from what I received. I received a product of much lesser quality and different design. I ordered the rainbow chakra pashmina and did not receive product as pictured. I received a pattern that I would not have ordered. When I place an order I expect to receive a product that is EXACTLY as pictured in terms of design and quality UNLESS it is noted that designs / colors will vary.
