THE ELEVATED CLASSIC A deep, dark, and fruity baking chocolate made with cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic. Adds a long finish to your brownies, fudge, and cakes. Each pouch contains 8oz of baking chocolate chunks. All of Raaka's chocolate is certified organic, certified kosher, vegan, soy free, gluten free, and Non-GMO and made with ethically sourced, transparently traded unroasted cacao.
