That combination of sugar + fat that the traditional chocolate industry knows keeps you addicted (& feeling kind of awful / guilty afterwards.) NO MORE! The Pascha “MIND. BODY. CHOCOLATE FIX” comes from the complex (& magical!) impact of the many compounds in the cocoa bean. It makes you feel energized (not buzzy) and ACTUALLY impacts your mood. It may also reduce stress, and be good for your heart, and act as an anti-oxidant. The purer the chocolate, the greater the impact. It’s SCIENCE! Plus maximum deliciousness. For all these reasons, we like to think of the Pascha chocolate fix as a moment of excellent self-care. Our chocolate is sourced from single-origin, organic, fine aroma Criollo cacao beans, grown in the foothills of the Andes Mountains leading down to the Amazon Rainforest. We make our chocolate “Bean to Bar At Source” which means that the cocoa beans are fresher & younger when they are made into chocolate. The beans travel very minimally, from cacao bean field to local village to collection point & on to the nearby chocolate factory. Our farmers are the heart of Pascha Chocolate, & we are committed to their individual and communal prosperity. We donate 1.5% of annual sales to 1% For The Planet.
