A playful and colorful riso print poster with a tasty chocolate ice cream illustration (with a strawberry core) in vibrant pink and blue. Inspired by the classic ice cream sales posters you see in stores & cafés! Printed in the colors aqua blue, yellow, and fluorescent pink that blend together into a brown, purpleish and green color. Each print is a unique version due to the risograph printing technique used and therefore sometimes differs slightly in color or texture. What is risoprint? Riso printing is a Japanese printing technique with environmentally friendly, rice-based ink. Each color is printed as a separate layer, which provides the characteristic cheerful and fluorescent shades and a light texture. Small shifts between the layers and differences in color per print are characteristic of riso and make every print original. How to care for risoprint Please note: Riso ink never dries completely. The print will not smudge with normal use, but avoid rubbing the print. Any stains can be removed with an eraser. Handmade in a small & cosy illustration studio in Utrecht. The print is A5 and printed on 250g/m2 uncoated biotop paper.
