We smoke this cheese with Hickory wood for 9 hours, bringing out a robust flavor that our customers love. This is a delightfully-smooth and smoky cheese! We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it. Shelf life-150 days from packaging order. Must be refrigerated.
