Real Cheddar tastes better! We handcraft our Cheddar using the raw milk from our family dairy farm. Using traditional cheddaring methods, we age our Extra Sharp Cheddar for at least one year to give you a sharp yet smooth taste, leaving other Cheddars with something to be desired. Melt into your mac n' cheese, grate on a salad, or simply enjoy with crackers. We lab-test every single batch of cheese for safety before selling it. SHELF LIFE-150 DAYS FROM PACKAGING ORDER. MUST BE REFRIGERATED.
