I also add fresh onions , garlic and carrots to give this 3 chile blend a solid amount of death. This sauce is highly addictive. It has a sensational fresh vegetable flavor rounded out with a limy tang that can get very addictive! *We use no xanthan gum, other gums, starches, or filler ingredients of any kind. Size :- 5oz. My husband agreed to do a Live facebook video with me, as we tried for the first time the four hot sauces I ordered. I LOVE these, although the Old Coy Dog is not so coy! It had my husband sweating, and me making weird/funny faces on the live video. I ordered Old Coy Dog, Local Tang, Joe's #1 Jalatillo, and Mango Habanero for my first order- they aren't even on my shelves yet, but will be tomorrow. I love that these have depth of flavor, and that they're made with organic ingredients!
