Amazing tasting beef, delivery and packing on the steak and roasts needs some improvements but that might just be carrier, regardless the quality and taste of the actual property, I.e, the beef, is out of this world no questions asked.

When we learned the steak had thawed during transit, we immediately issued a credit and asked you to enjoy the beef on us. The chicken in the same box arrived frozen, but we always want every item in a shipment to arrive in perfect condition. Because our beef is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, it can cook a little differently than conventional beef. The flavor reflects the pasture, the seasons, and the way the animals are raised — something many chefs and customers really value once they get familiar with it.
