The chicken in the same box arrived frozen, but we always want every item in a shipment to arrive in perfect condition. Because our beef is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, it can cook a little differently than conventional beef. The flavor reflects the pasture, the seasons, and the way the animals are raised — something many chefs and customers really value once they get familiar with it.
