Provenance Farm was founded on a simple belief: how food is raised matters—but so does how it eats. What began as a chef’s search for better ingredients became a regenerative farming operation rooted in care for land, animals, and flavor. Founded by a CIA-trained chef turned regenerative farmer, Provenance Farm brings a culinary standard to grass-fed beef—bridging the gap between ethical agriculture and exceptional eating quality. Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, rotationally grazed on diverse perennial pastures rich in clover and native forages. This approach improves soil health, supports animal welfare, and produces beef with clean flavor and natural tenderness—without grain finishing, confinement, or shortcuts. Unlike commodity grass-fed beef, Provenance is raised with intentional harvest timing, herd management, and cut selection to deliver consistency retailers can trust and customers return for.
