There was a hiccup receiving my order. Somehow the address label was printed with an incorrect address but the packing slip had the correct address. The order was delivered to the incorrect address. Luckily I was able to retrieve the package without issues. Customer Service started out friendly but became short with me by the end of the conversation. I don’t know if I will order from them again. I want to, their products are very nice but I don’t have confidence with their process.
