Does not contain gluten This kit contains: 1 sachet of dehydrated broth 50g 1 bag of rice 360g 2 bottles of extra virgin olive oil 40 ml + 40 ml Ingredients Rice AOVE Broth: spices (garlic, fennel, onion, paprika, pepper and saffron), salt, natural flavors (contains crustaceans, fish and shellfish extract), sugar, tomato and coloring (curcumin). 1. Add the oil (80 ml) to the pan and heat over medium-low heat. To give it a personal touch, sauté some pieces of squid and shrimp or add some mussels in the last 5 minutes of preparation (ingredients not included). 2. Add the rice (360 g) and stir for 1-2 min. 3. Add the dehydrated broth (50 g) and distribute well. Add 1.5 L of warm water (6 glasses) and turn up the heat to medium-high intensity. 4. Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to medium-low intensity until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 minutes more).
