Pop one of these babies into your shower and it will slowly dissolve to release the Essential Oil Aroma. Looking for congestion relief? The Eucalyptus & Peppermint is our go to! Ready for bed and want to relax? Lavender & Lemon! We suggest setting the steamer as far from direct water contact as possible. Too close to the direct flow or the drain and it will dissolve very quickly. A shelf or a corner where your body will block the water creates the best slow release! Each steamer should last 10-15 minutes! Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Water, Witch Hazel, Essential Oils
