A few years ago these sold just 'ok' for me, but my customers have become less price averse and it sells like crazy (they are also hooked). My only complaint is 4th quarter fulfillment but I've learned to order early. Trying to get some of my larger business customers to order earlier! Fantastic tasting, I recommend telling your customers that it is very rich and to slice into thin pieces.
