5lb log of tangy, firm and salty, traditional Greek-style sheep milk feta. The ultimate summer salad cheese, creamy and full flavored. Cut into fresh retail pieces for your customers, crumble, or utilize in food service applications. Our feta has been barrel brined for 12 months. The approximately 5 lb logs are vacuum-sealed, should be refrigerated, and have a shelf-life of approximately 6 months.
