Description
This blueberry honey is raw and unpasteurized and light amber in color. It is full and earthy, yet not overpowering. It also has a tangy, bold and fruity flavor with a buttery finish. Blueberry honey pairs great with mild-to-strong blue cheeses and goat cheese. Wonderful in teas, it’s also terrific when mixed with Greek yogurt or granola. Use as a great topping for ice cream and fresh fruits like melons. This full-bodied blueberry honey is collected from the central New Jersey Pinelands after summer pollination. Blueberry honey is an excellent immune system booster loaded with nutrients and enzymes containing trace amounts of: Bee pollen: nature’s most complete health foods. I was looking for local honey for my store and like other small business owners, very fussy about what I offer in my store. I couldn't decide and then came across Built by Bees. Product and info looked amazing and the ABOUT page was the clincher, sounded like the perfect fit. Shipping was fast and received them this morning and they are on my shelves now. Labels are simple, enticing and straight to the point. My family and I will be trying these out tonight.
