I was initially excited about this order because the shipping was fast, which I really appreciated. However, the packaging was disappointing— the bag arrived ripped, and one of the item bags tore as well. When I received the products, I was let down by the quality. They looked lower quality than expected and somewhat different from the pictures. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.
