I was initially excited about this order because the shipping was fast, which I really appreciated. However, the packaging was disappointing— the bag arrived ripped, and one of the item bags tore as well. When I received the products, I was let down by the quality. They looked lower quality than expected and somewhat different from the pictures. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.
I was initially excited about this order because the shipping was fast, which I really appreciated. I received a WhatsApp message from Juan stating my shipment had arrived. When I got home, the package was only wrapped in plastic despite the rain, which was concerning. I expected better protection. After opening it, I found the items were very cheap quality and poorly sized labeled XL but fitting like a medium (my 13-year-old could wear them). This raises serious concerns about purchasing clothing in the future.
