I love this shop and all their items, great quality and beautiful pieces. However, more than once have I placed an order and not until I received my package did I find out that one or more items were unavailable, thus not included. I never got an option to get a different color or anything. Many shops do. Then I get on to see about ordering more literally right after opening the package, and when looking at the item that I wanted before, now it’s available. Just a little irritating.
