TAT is not quick. Then I received my package and a hat was damaged and they sent me bracelets instead of necklaces. When I asked for the correct items to be sent to me, they said they wouldn't correct their mistake until I send back the original items. Which I will absolutely do- but I shouldn't have to wait EVEN LONGER for them to correct THEIR errors. Terrible customer service.
