In pots just to fit the description. Over a third of these plants are knocking on deaths door and have lost most their leaves just from me taking them out of the foot and a half of plastic wrapped around each of them. For as much as I paid for them to get in bulk they have should at least taken the time to make sure they were fully submerged in the pots and the “soil” they say they were in. And for you to try and blame the shipping company instead of taking accountability is beyond me.

We pack each order with great care and consideration. All orders are packed and shipped the same day for the highest degree of plant condition at arrival. We unfortunately are not able to manage shipments once picked up by FedEx, but are careful to ship on days that will avoid weekend delivery delays to customers. Order was delivered in early October, and I’m still sitting on plants from that shipment that were infested—about 80–85% of what’s left has mealy bugs. Shipping was fine, but the pest issue has been a big headache and has likely left our small shop taking a loss on this order.
