Wholesale Svanetian (Not) Salt

Svanetian salt is a staple in Georgian homes (the country, not the state!) and combines an amazing herbacious blend of spices with pure sea salt. This version drops the salt for an amazing herb blend. Adds a punch of herbal flavor to just about anything, but really good in soups, stews, and rice dishes. Ingredients: Garlic, Tellicherry pepper, caraway seeds, dill seed, cumin, dill weed, summer savory safflower, marjoram, fenugreek leaves.
