Adobos are ubiquitous in a number of cultures, and our Cuban-inspired version is a great all-purpose, salt-based seasoning that enhances the flavor of virtually any dish. Use like "salt and pepper" as a tableside sprinkle, or season meats and vegetables prior to cooking. Also can be added to rice, beans, sauces and stews to amp up the taste. Ingredients: Sea salt, garlic, Tellicherry pepper, annatto, coriander, oregano, cumin, safflower.
