It’s like we preserved Oregon in a jar! Lovely when shaken into a gin cocktail, paired with blue cheese, or spread onto sourdough. A 2017 and 2022 Good Food Award Winner, too! Our ingredients include organic cane sugar, organic lemon juice, and spices from a local Portland shop. Nothing artificial is ever added. Our products are all natural, vegan, and contain a fraction of the sugar added to most conventional preserves. 7 oz. Our fruit spreads are completely shelf stable for 2 to 3 years, until the expiration date printed or placed on the jar is reached. Store out of direct heat and sunlight.
