The MOON Collection brings together a luminous white “Snow” glaze with a volcanic lava-glaze inlay — a calm surface touched by raw elemental texture. The lava glaze forms subtle crater-like patterns reminiscent of cooled stone, yet remains pleasant to touch for daily use. Where function meets poetry: the white glaze offers full practicality, while the lava inlay brings expressive depth without compromising comfort or durability. Wheel-thrown by hand, every form becomes a small lunar landscape — the contrast between smooth whiteness and textured lava creates a unique design object that feels both minimal and expressive. Entirely handmade by Laima in her rural Latvian studio, each jar becomes a miniature lunar landscape. The classic rounded silhouette is intentionally simple, allowing the interplay between smooth whiteness and textured lava to take center stage. The white glaze shifts gently from matte to soft gloss, while the volcanic inlay cuts through the surface like a drifting trail of cooled molten memory.
