I am bound to this company only because they are the only company that carries the essential oils that my customers seem to love and they have a good incense selection. BUT their lack of communciation is Super hard to deal with at times! There Are times when I willmplace an order and add things to make the minimum only to have them take the main things out of my order with ZERO communication about it, so basically the order was a waste of time and money.

I was missing $80 worth of merchandise ordered. Faire was able to make it right but I was really hoping for everything ordered to come or have been made aware before shipping that those items were no longer available. I am happy with the quality of the products I did recieve.

the packaging was really awful (like cobbled together, and poorly) . i have a box of incense where 8 of the boxes were damaged because of the packing, these are things i can't sell because of the cosmetic flaws to the actual items.
