Hello Josh, We are sorry the item did not meet your expectations. Before placing your order, you contacted us requesting additional information and photos. We personally took and sent multiple additional photos so you could better evaluate the product before purchasing. You also asked about lighter-colored horns, and we clearly informed you that all available pieces were dark in color. If you believed there was an error in the listing, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it directly. Unfortunately, you never contacted us after receiving the item, so we were not given a chance to assist or resolve any concerns. We are disappointed that our entire company was judged based on a single product. We offer more than 4,500 products and work hard to provide accurate information, quality products, and responsive customer service.
