Product sells extremely well and is great quality. The customer service is non existent. I’ve messaged multiple times with questions and have never received a response. I called and still could not get help. Finally had to have Faire customer support try to reach them. In time they did reply to Faire. But still can’t get replies directly from them with questions. My orders would be much larger if they would only reach out. Extremely frustrating.

Lovely pieces! Fast shipping! This kitchen ware sells wonderfully in my shop. Very satisfied overall. Just wish there wasn’t a $500 shipping minimum on Faire. It’s hard for a small business to spend that much sometimes on a single vendor.

I submitted our first order with Island Bamboo, and immediately received an email stating that two of the products were canceled from my order because they were sold out. I then messaged the company about replacements or adjusting the order, and received no response. The order was shipped without any communication from the seller.
