I am reviewing the entire company. I have had a health food store for 36 years and have never encountered a company this inflexible. I mistakenly did a double order and at the same time realized that their prices are WAY WAY out of line....was looking for a return or some sort of customer service to iron this out. I have always had great experiences with Faire in general, but this company has unrealistic, over the top pricing and margins. My fault for ordering with them and will never again.
