I discovered The Matzo Project at a Taste NY store on the Taconic State Parkway in upstate New York back in 2019. I am the GM of a family owned grocery store & new right away their products would be a huge hit in our stores & it has been. I was buying direct at first then they became available on Faire & it's been smooth sailing ever since. I've been in food industry for over 30 years & like to say I am an avid foodie who knows what sells. I highly recommend The Matzo Project products.
