Organic Cavatappi is a fun springy pasta shape that hails from Southern Italy. Cavatappi pasta gets its name from its twisted “corkscrew” shape, but unlike its cousin fusilli, this sturdy short cut of pasta has a hole running through it. These lovable curves and hollows make Cavatappi an excellent pasta shape for capturing hearty meat ragùs, creamy cheese sauces and chunky tomato sauces. - 100% Italian pasta. - Made with superior certified-organic durum wheat. - Extruded with bronze plates for a rougher surface to absorb sauces. - Slowly dried at low temps to preserve texture and flavor. - Always cooks up al dente. - Fun spring-like pasta shape is a sturdy cut. - Non-GMO. - Vegan/vegetarian. - Kosher.
