Our turmeric is irrigated using a special water conservation method, which concentrates its earthy flavour, and is grown alongside sugarcane so it has sweet, fruity notes and a floral aroma.The skin is left on to intensify the flavour, as most turmeric is graded by colour alone this vital part of the plant is usually removed.
