Wholesale Sliced Pack Uncured Fennel & Black Pepper (Black Peppercorn)

Our Fennel & Black Pepper Salami is a crowd favorite, and spices up traditional cracked black pepper and fennel with a touch of curry. Single sliced pack includes 3 ounces of thinly sliced salami and is ready to eat. All our cured meat is shelf stable. Refrigeration is not required. Minimum shelf life to first receiver 60 days. A 20% shipping charge is added to all orders in order to ensure products arrive in best condition with current temperatures. Though our product does not require refrigeration until opening, greasing and/or melting of fat can occur during very warm temperatures. This does not affect the taste or safety of the product, but in hopes for the product to arrive in best condition, we will include additional refrigeration products during extremely warm months.
