All of the products (in this portion of my order) came on time as described. While the products speak for themselves, the customer service is sorely lacking, and the price-points are unrealistic in comparison to other places that sell these products, such as Amazon, making it impossible for small retailers to truly compete.

We love Faber Castell products, and what's offered here is many more products than are available through our commonly used wholesale distributors. We appreciate this wider selection! Our only wish is for lower minimum quantities for each item, as we're a very small shop and would prefer not to get 6-12 of most items so we can get a wider selection of different things. Either way, we will continue ordering!
