I don't believe in dinging someone's rating based on something that is out of their control--it's how the situation is handled that matters most to me. The items are cute and great quality.

These have been quite a conversation starter in our store! I highly recommend putting them clustered in a very viable spot. The Dolly Parton Mugs were only in stock before my re-order until I posted them on social media. There is nothing better than needing a re-order of something 24 hours after you first receive it!
