We LOVE Falling Bark's hickory syrup! It's such a unique ingredient, and our subscribers were intrigued and excited when they received it. The hickory syrup is delicious, and we had lots of fun baking with it. (We made hickory butter Parker House rolls and hickory syrup profiteroles so we could share the recipes with our subscribers.)
