Very moist cakes, can't even tell they are not regular sponge cakes or bolo de lo made of wheat flour. I put them in a regular bakery aisle of my store. Since they are individually wrapped they are still perfectly acceptable for celiac crowd but given their competitive pricing, they can and should be enjoyed by all my customers, not just people looking for gluten-free products.
