I love supporting a small business, but in return they need to also have knowledge of all aspects of their business. Shipping costs are 18.71%. When asked about it, I was told to have it shipped to a business. I suggested an alternate shipping company that is substantially cheaper and I have used numerous times in the past, but received no response. The items purchased were of medium quality, certainly not worth the additional 18.71% added to the cost. I consider this a one-and-done for me.

I really like their quality and designs, but it’s unfortunate that they are always out of stock on their best sellers, don’t put it online to sell if you are always going to be out of stock, it’s like an airline industry overbooking the flights, overbooking their orders which they clearly can’t fulfill. Very unfortunate and Unfair unprofessional practice
