Description
Aromaland Essential Oil - pure, therapeutic grade, offered in various sizes. Spruce Needle (Picea mariana) offers a fresh green woody aroma that is softer and sweeter than other evergreen essential oils. It is wild harvested from Canada and steam distilled from the tree’s needles. The aroma is refreshing and invigorating. It may help with respiratory congestion. Topically, it is popular to use as a muscle rub. Dilute to 2% in a carrier oil with topical use; this is about 10 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. Some essential oils may be contraindicated with certain medical conditions.
