We've been growing Piment d'Ville peppers on our small farm in Boonville, CA since 2012 and have perfected the growing, drying, and grinding processes for producing chile powders. We got into the farm to jar spice game by our interest in producing California grown Espelette for chefs around the country. Now, we're here to bring it into kitchens of home chefs nationwide.
