Our panettone is the result of a careful selection of the highest quality raw materials, the fruit of meticulous studies and tastings. The artisanal processing guarantees a soft dough, which releases all the delicate aromatic notes typical of Harry's Bar panettone on the palate. Only fresh eggs from free-range hens on a "cruelty-free" farm in our area are used. The honey used is produced by a small producer from the Berici Hills. There are no artificial flavors, only vanilla beans and amber-colored Australian raisins. Naturally leavened cake with a soft interior and typical irregular alveolation. Brown/golden color on the outside and warm yellow on the inside. To best enjoy the panettone, it is recommended to keep it in the bag until it is ready to be served.
