“No blah blah, make way for the Babas!” Saint-Malo has always been focused on the world and its exploration. Inspired by the Route du Rhum, Luc Mobihan, Michelin-starred chef from Malouin, has revisited Baba by combining different culinary influences, thus combining local products and exotic flavors. Since 2017, we have been making our babas in our craft workshop in Saint-Malo, Brittany. We use local products, work with the Domaine de Bellevue in Marie-Galante for our rum and regularly create new recipes or ranges based on this now essential mono-product. Our Baba is the ideal dessert for an impromptu dinner. Ready to be enjoyed, it can be served with a scoop of ice cream, homemade whipped cream or fresh seasonal fruit.
